-Crunchy Oatie Chocolate Chip Cookies-









I never posted this many photos of my bakes before! All thanks to my camera :)
Anyway, the good old recipe produced a crunchy batch of cookies cos i used a different type of rolled oats :)

-Sunset Cake-
First attempt with the cake on Thurs



The first cake turned out to be too flat, so this is my second attempt!




Notes:
Sour oranges are not acceptable.
African Navel oranges are sweet and full of juice. Should be oranges of first choice :)

-Jam-filled Chocolate Thumbprints-

These cookies are called thumbprints cos you're supposed to use your thumb to imprint a well for the jam!

Notes:
Sweet, especially with jam.
Slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

-Crunchy Jumbles-

Notes:
Very crunchy, too crunchy for my liking.
Chopped nuts can be added.
Tray has to be inverted after 3/4 of baking time.
